Your servers and your team

Every member of your team works on all your servers in Server Management, with everything you can do there. It does not depend on the indexes you share: a member with no index shared still has all your servers.

Open your team's servers

1. Sign in to Opensolr with your own account.
2. Open Account › My Team.
3. Under Teams I am part of › Start session as, click the email of the account owner.
4. Open Servers › My Servers. All the servers of that account are there.

What a member can do on the servers

• Everything the owner can: every tab, the web terminal, deploys, databases, backups, services, firewall, SSL and the server settings.
• The pages only the owner of a server sees, such as SSH Keys and the private network, are shown to the members of the team too.
• Commands typed in the web terminal are logged with the name of the person who ran them.

Good to know

• Add to your team only people who may work on all your servers.
• Removing a member ends their access to your servers at once: Remove a member or leave a team.
• Indexes are separate: a member works only on the indexes you choose for them.
