Every ticket and every answer
Support › My Tickets lists the tickets of your account, newest message first. Click one to read the whole conversation.
The list
- All, Waiting for Opensolr and Answered show the tickets in each state, with their number.
- From and To keep the tickets with a message in that period.
- The search looks in the subject and in every message.
- Sort by the newest or oldest message, the newest or oldest ticket, the subject, waiting first, or the most messages.
A ticket
- The newest message is on top and open; the earlier ones are closed under it. Click one to open it, or use Expand all and Collapse all.
- Your messages are marked You, the answers Opensolr support.
- Reply adds a message to the ticket: Reply to a ticket.
- The address of the page keeps what you see, so a refresh or a bookmark opens the same ticket.
