History: Every Conversation
The History tab lists the conversations of the last 30 days.
- Filter them by period, by signed-in or anonymous visitors and by words.
- Open shows a conversation as the visitor read it. Click Open again, or Close the conversation, to close it.
- Check conversations and click Delete selected, then once more to confirm, to delete them.
