Work as a team member

As a member of a team, you open a team session to work on the indexes that team shared with you. You keep your own login, and everywhere else you stay in your own account.

Open a team session

1. Sign in to Opensolr with your own account.
2. Open Account › My Team.
3. Under Teams I am part of › Start session as, click the email of the account owner. Next to it you see how many indexes they shared with you.

An account that shared no index with you yet shows No index shared yet, and there is nothing to open.

During the session

• You see and manage the indexes shared with you, with full control, deleting included.
• Every other page is yours: your account, your billing, your API keys, your teams. You never see the owner's account.
• The top bar shows that a team session is open, and with whom.

End it

Click the team session sign in the top bar, or End session under Current active session on the Teams page. You are back in your own account.
