Stats: How the Chat Is Used

The Stats tab shows today, the last 7 days or the last 30 days, each figure compared with the period before:

• messages, conversations, visitors, signed-in users and countries;
• answer rate and answers with no link to your site;
• time to the first word, errors and messages refused by the limits;
• ratings and answers with a click.

Below them: messages per day, countries, signed-in users and the top lists (what people search for, the questions your index could not answer with a link, the pages cited the most). Click a country, an email, a page, a link or a searched word to see those conversations in the History.
