Choose the Indexes of a Member

Choose their indexes

A team member works only on the indexes you pick for them. On those indexes they have full control, deleting them included. Everything else of your account stays out of their reach.

Pick the indexes

1. Open Account › My Team.
2. Under My team members, click the index access icon on the member's row (Choose which indexes … may use).
3. Select the indexes in the list. Hold CTRL (CMD on a Mac) and click to pick more than one.
4. Click Save. The dialog confirms with List saved.

Good to know

• Only indexes of your own account appear in the list.
• Saving replaces the member's previous selection on your account. Grants they have in other teams are not touched.
• Selecting nothing at all gives the member every index of your account.
• Full control means it: a member can change the configuration of a shared index, run its tools and delete it. Share only what they need.
