Try the API without an account

A public demo account lets you call the API, and try every developer package, before you sign up. It comes with an index already full of documents, so your first search returns something real.

You can also create your own indexes on the account and push documents into them.

The rules

• Everything you create is deleted after 3 days, automatically and without warning. The preloaded index stays.
• It is shared with everyone. Other people see your indexes and can add documents to them. Never put anything private or owned by a client in it.
• This key cannot delete indexes, nor change their passwords, IP rules or configuration files.
• The limits are small on purpose, and they count per index. Traffic is the one you reach first: the account covers a test and a proof of concept, not an application.

For a private index that stays, register a free account: no card, and the free plan does not expire. Then use your own email and key: Authentication and keys.
