You opened https://api.opensolr.com/solr_manager/api/ingest in your browser, or pasted it in the address bar while signed in to Opensolr, and the page shows only this:
{"status":false,"msg":"ERROR_AUTHENTICATION_FAILED"}
Nothing is broken. That address is not a web page: it is where a program sends your documents. A browser that opens it sends no documents, no email and no API key, so the API answers that it does not know who is calling. Being signed in to the control panel does not count: the API asks for your email and API key in every request.
What to do instead
- Many documents in a
.jsonfile: send the file with one command from the terminal of your computer: Send a JSON file, step by step. - One document, by hand: use the form in the control panel, Solr Admin › Data: Add documents from a form.
The same answer from the terminal
If the command you typed answers ERROR_, the email or the API key in it is not right. The email is the one you sign in with; the key is in Account › API Keys (API authentication). Copy both again, with no spaces before or after.
