What a plan is made of
A plan is the room your indexes get. On the pricing page you start from Small, Medium or Large, or set each part yourself, and you see the price change as you go.
The parts

Add-ons
- Backup: the Backup Manager on every index. Priced as a share of the plan total, shown next to it.
- Crawler: how many pages a crawl of your site may read, in steps, each with its price.
- Add more AI requests: a larger monthly AI allowance. Every plan already includes 500 AI requests a month. What counts as a request.
Discounts
- Yearly: pay for a year and the plan is 15% cheaper. Pick Monthly or Yearly above the price.
- Volume: past a set amount of indexes, clusters, disk or traffic, the units above it are 25% cheaper. The configurator includes it in the price it shows.

Ordering
- Fill in your Payment Profile and add a card first.
- Set the plan on the pricing page and click Submit order.
- Check the amount in Place this order? and click Place order. Your card is charged and the plan starts right away.
An order cannot go below what you already use: with more indexes or clusters than the new plan allows, the order is refused until you remove some. To change or cancel a running plan, see Change or cancel your plan.
