Add a member
Adding a member takes one email address. The person joins your team at once, then you choose which of your indexes they work on.
Before you start
- Your account is on a paid plan. A free account gets the message Free or Inactive users can not invite other team members.
- The person already has an Opensolr account. If not, they register first; a free account is enough. An unknown address gets Member Does Not Exist.
Add them
- Open Account › My Team.
- Under Invite team members, type the email address they registered with.
- Click Add member.
They are in your team right away, under My team members. There is no invitation to accept.
Who gets an email
- The member: Opensolr Team Invitation To: followed by your email, with how to open your team.
- You: Opensolr Team Invitation Sent: followed by their email.
