Characters per message, questions per visitor and per conversation

Limits: How Much Each Visitor Can Ask

The Limits tab keeps the chat in the bounds you set:

Characters per message a visitor can send.
Characters of a text to translate with /translate.
Questions per visitor in a number of seconds.
Questions per conversation, after which the visitor is asked to start a new chat.

Messages refused by these limits are counted in the Stats. Click Save settings to keep the changes.
