Stay on top of errors before they become problems. Every Monday, Opensolr sends you a clear summary of the most critical issues across all your indexes.

Every Monday at 9:00 AM, the system automatically queries the Error Audit index for all errors from the past 7 days. It identifies which indexes had issues, retrieves the top 5 most recent critical errors for each, and delivers a single consolidated email per recipient.

What's in the Email

Error Count per Index
Total number of errors for each of your indexes during the week.
Top 5 Recent Errors
The 5 most recent critical errors per index, with timestamps, levels, and messages.
Direct Links
Each index name links directly to its Error Log in the Control Panel for immediate investigation.

Who Receives the Digest

Recipient What They See Can Opt Out?
Account Owner Errors from all their indexes YES
Team Member Errors only from indexes assigned to them YES

Team members only see errors for the specific indexes they have been granted access to via Teams Management. Each person receives one consolidated email, regardless of how many indexes they have access to.

Managing Your Preferences

The Weekly Error Digest is enabled by default for all users. You can opt out at any time:

  1. Go to AccountCommunications in the top navigation bar
  2. Toggle Weekly Error Digest off
  3. Your preference is saved instantly — no page refresh needed
Note: Critical emergency alerts (disk space, bandwidth, index size limits) and billing emails cannot be disabled — they are always sent to protect your service availability.
