A company you add opens only after its SPV is connected with the qualified certificate of a person who has SPV rights for it. That is how the app knows the company is really yours to keep.
Right after you add a company, it shows Așteaptă SPV (Waiting for SPV) in Firmele tale (Your companies), and every page of it brings you back to its waiting page: Firma este adăugată, dar încă neconfirmată. Conectează-i SPV-ul și se deschide tot restul. (The company is added, but not confirmed yet. Connect its SPV and everything else opens.)
- Have ready the qualified digital certificate (certSIGN, DigiSign, Trans Sped or another) of a person with SPV rights for the company: its administrator, or someone the administrator has authorised.
- Press Conectează SPV cu certificatul (Connect SPV with the certificate). ANAF asks for the certificate and sends you back to the app.
- If the certificate has SPV rights for this fiscal code, the company is confirmed and opens.
If the installation has no ANAF application yet, the page says Instalarea nu are încă aplicația ANAF; superadminul o setează în Instalare › Aplicația ANAF. (The installation has no ANAF application yet; the superadmin sets it in Installation › ANAF application.) See The ANAF application.
- After you sign in at ANAF, the app asks ANAF for the e-Factura messages of that fiscal code with the new connection. If ANAF answers, the certificate has SPV rights for the company and it is confirmed.
- If ANAF refuses, the app says Certificatul folosit nu are drept în SPV pentru firma aceasta. Conectează-te cu certificatul unei persoane care are drept în SPV pentru CUI-ul ei. (The certificate used has no SPV rights for this company. Sign in with the certificate of a person who has SPV rights for its fiscal code.) The company keeps waiting; try again with the right certificate.
- Once confirmed, the company stays confirmed, even if its SPV is later disconnected. Its Opensolr Index is requested at this point.
- The SPV connection itself works as described in Connect ANAF SPV and e-Factura.
- Anyone may add a company by its fiscal code, so more than one account can have it waiting at the same time.
- The company stays with the first account that connects its SPV. The other accounts' waiting copies are removed; they could not hold any data yet.
- Their owners get a mail, ... a fost confirmată de altcineva (... was confirmed by someone else), which tells them to ask the company's administrator for an invitation.
- From then on the fiscal code cannot be added again; the add form says Firma există deja în instalare, confirmată prin SPV-ul ei. Cere o invitație administratorului ei. (The company already exists on the installation, confirmed through its SPV. Ask its administrator for an invitation.)
On the waiting page, Scoate firma (Remove the company), then confirm Scoți firma din contul tău? (Remove the company from your account?). The company leaves your list and stops counting toward your plan.
- The superadmin sees on the waiting page how many other accounts have added the same fiscal code.
- When they know the company belongs to that account, for example while the installation has no ANAF application yet, they press Confirmă fără SPV (Confirm without SPV) and confirm Confirmi firma pentru proprietarul ei, fără SPV? (Confirm the company for its owner, without SPV?).
- The company opens for its owner exactly as after an SPV connection, and the other accounts' waiting copies are removed.
