Daily mail with unexplained items

The new unexplained items, by mail, once a day.

Once a day, each accountant and administrator of a company gets a mail with what is new on Unexplained items, so nothing waits until someone thinks of looking.

01 · The mail
  • The subject names the company and the count, for example <firma>: 3 elemente de explicat (3 unexplained items).
  • It starts with Nou la …, încă fără explicație: (New in … that has no explanation yet:) and lists each item as one plain sentence, with the bank, the date, the amount, who was paid and what is missing, followed by its link.
  • For example: Factura <număr> de la <furnizor> din <data>: <total>, în ciornă, nicio plată găsită în bancă.
  • At the end, Toate: (All of them:) links the whole list.
  • It covers the last 90 days. Each item is mailed to each person only once; a day with nothing new sends nothing. Each person gets it in the language of their interface.
02 · Who gets it
  • The members of the company with the role Administrator or Contabil (Accountant) whose email address is confirmed.
  • The installation needs a mail server (see Mail server).
03 · Turn it off
  • Open Contul meu › Profil și limbă (My account › Profile and language).
  • Clear Trimite-mi zilnic un mail cu plățile din bancă fără factură și celelalte elemente de explicat ale firmelor (contabili și administratori) (Send me a daily mail with the companies’ bank payments without an invoice and the other unexplained items) and press Salvează (Save).
  • It stops for all your companies; tick it again to get it back.
