A stock document needs a warehouse and products, so they come first. Until both exist, the stock documents say Adaugă întâi o gestiune și articolele. (Add a warehouse and the products first.)
Stocuri › Articole (Stock › Products) opens the products: the list, and the form for a new one.
How the product shows on documents.
Goods for resale, raw materials, consumables, inventory items or finished products. The kind decides the stock account and the expense account.
The unit of measure (buc by default).
The product’s rate.
Needed when the product travels under an e-Transport declaration.
Press Salvează (Save).
Stocuri › Gestiuni (Stock › Warehouses) opens the warehouses: the list, and the form for a new one. Each warehouse has a Nume (Name) and a Gestionar (Storekeeper); press Adaugă (Add).
