The first time you open a new installation, every page leads to the setup wizard, Instalarea Opensolr Accounting (Set up Opensolr Accounting). Its six steps are listed at the top of each screen. When it is finished it closes for good.
Opensolr can be skipped with Continue without Opensolr, the mail server and Dropbox with Later; all three can be set afterwards under Installation.
The wizard checks what the server needs, one item at a time: the database, the installation keys, the private document folder and HTTPS. Each item shows OK or Missing, and a missing one comes with the command that fixes it. Fix it and reload the page.
When everything is OK, it asks for the Token de instalare (Setup token): the one the installer printed. It proves you have access to the server, so nobody else can take over a fresh installation. The page shows the command that reads it on the server.
The account of the superadmin: Nume complet (Full name), Email, a Parolă (Password) of at least 12 characters, twice. Continuă (Continue) leads straight to two-step verification: scan the QR code, enter the code, save the recovery codes.
The Contul Opensolr al instalării (Opensolr account of the installation): Email Opensolr (Opensolr email) and Cheie API (API key). Verifică și continuă (Check and continue) checks them with Opensolr before keeping them.
The step is optional. Below the form, a panel lists what works without an Opensolr account and what is missing, and Continuă fără Opensolr (Continue without Opensolr) goes on to the mail server. The account can be connected later under Setările instalării › Contul Opensolr al instalării (Installation settings › Opensolr account of the installation). See Your Opensolr account.
This account holds the index of laws and fiscal news that every account searches, and, if the superadmin allows it, the Opensolr Indexes of companies whose admin has no Opensolr account of their own. See Open sign-up or invitations only.
The SMTP server for invitations and alerts. On save, a test message goes to your address. Mai târziu (Later) skips it. See Mail server.
The Dropbox app of the installation, so that companies can take their documents from a Dropbox folder. Mai târziu (Later) skips it. See Dropbox.
A summary of what is set; an Opensolr account that was skipped shows Nesetat (Not set). Adaugă prima firmă (Add the first company) closes the wizard, removes the setup token, records the address you opened the wizard at as the public address, and opens Add a company.
Everything set in the wizard can be changed later in the installation settings.
