Every draft looks in the bank for the payment that paid it. When exactly one movement fits, it is linked by itself; when several could, you choose; nothing is linked on a guess.
- The amount. The movement pays the total of the invoice in its currency. A card payment in another currency counts with its original amount and currency, as the bank writes them (a 20 EUR invoice paid by card from a RON account is found by its 20 EUR).
- The date. From the invoice date up to 45 days after it. A card payment may also be up to 7 days before the invoice date, as shops often send the invoice after the payment.
- Who was paid. The details of the movement back it: the supplier’s name, its IBAN, the last digits of the card or the invoice number.
- A movement with this draft’s document attached is linked to it directly (see Attach a document and register the invoice). A movement already linked to another draft is not offered again.
One movement fits. The Mișcare bancară (Bank movement) panel says Găsită în bancă: (Found in the bank:) with its date and amount. Registering posts it as the payment (see Register a draft).
Several movements have the same amount, or one has it but its details do not say who was paid. They are listed; press Aceasta (This one) next to the one that paid it.
Movements of this supplier with another amount are listed: a partial payment, a fee, or a wrong amount on the draft.
No movement pays this amount yet.
- Nu e mișcarea aceasta (Not this movement) unlinks a movement that is not the payment.
- A movement you chose stays linked: it is not replaced by a later match.
- The match is made again whenever the draft changes. After importing new statements, press Potrivește din nou cu banca (Match with the bank again) in the list of drafts; the daily mail also matches again before it is sent.
- On the page of a bank movement, Ciorne de facturi (Invoice drafts) lists the drafts it pays, marked legată (linked), or could pay, marked posibilă (possible).
