Send to e-Factura

Checked with ANAF’s validator, then sent; the answer comes back by itself.

An issued invoice goes to ANAF from its page, with the company’s ANAF (SPV) connection (set by the administrator, see ANAF (SPV)).

Nothing is sent unless ANAF’s own validator accepts the file first.

  • Open the invoice and press Trimite în e-Factura (Send to e-Factura); confirm.
  • Missing partner data (locality, county) is taken from ANAF first.
  • If the validator refuses the invoice, or does not answer, the reason is shown and nothing is sent.
  • Otherwise the message says ANAF’s answer comes in a few minutes.
02 · The answer
  • The e-Factura line of the invoice shows ANAF’s state, the upload index, when it was sent and when it was last checked.
  • The app asks ANAF by itself until the invoice is processed; while it is still being processed, Întreabă ANAF din nou (Ask ANAF again) asks now.
  • When ANAF refuses it, its reasons are shown under the state and Trimite în e-Factura (Send to e-Factura) is offered again after you fix the cause.
