Only Romanian companies, and only by their fiscal code. Everything else, the name, the address, the trade register number, the CAEN code and the VAT status, is taken from ANAF, never typed by hand.
01 · Adding it
- Firme și contabili › Firme › Adaugă o firmă (Companies and accountants › Companies › Add a company).
- Type the Cod fiscal (CUI) (Fiscal code), with or without RO, for example
RO12345678. - Adaugă firma (Add the company).
The company is made with its data from ANAF, you become its Administrator, its chart of accounts is prepared, and it opens at its documents. When there is an Opensolr account to hold it (yours, or the installation's when the superadmin allows it), its Opensolr Index is requested at the same time. Without one the company works the same; its documents are kept but not read or searched.
02 · When it is refused
- Cod fiscal invalid (cifra de control nu se potrivește). The code has a typo: its last digit does not match the rest.
- Acest cod fiscal nu există la ANAF. No company has this code.
- Această firmă este radiată la ANAF. The company is deregistered.
- Firma există deja. Cere o invitație de la administratorul ei. The company is already on this installation; its administrator can invite you.
- ANAF nu răspunde. Încearcă din nou peste un minut. ANAF's service is not answering right now.
