When the superadmin sets the day from which your account pays, you can keep working for free until then. From that day, without a plan, every company you own is paused for everyone who works in it, until you choose a plan. Nothing is deleted: as soon as you choose one, everything opens again, with all the data.
You get a mail when the day is set, then a reminder 7 days before, one day before and on the day. It tells you the date, how many companies you have, the cheapest plan that holds them with its price without VAT and the price per company, and a link to choose the plan.
Until then, every page shows: De la <data> contul tău are nevoie de un plan; fără el, firmele tale se opresc în ziua aceea. Nu se șterge nimic. (From <date> your account needs a plan; without one, your companies stop on that day. Nothing is deleted.) The button Alege un plan (Choose a plan) takes you to the plans.
- You, the owner: opening any of your companies takes you straight to the plans.
- Everyone else in your companies (accountants, employees, other administrators) sees Firma este oprită până când proprietarul ei alege un plan. (The company is paused until its owner chooses a plan.) and Firma este a contului X (email), care trebuie să aleagă un plan pentru ea. Imediat ce îl alege, firma se deschide din nou, cu toate datele. (The company belongs to account X (email), which has to choose a plan for it. As soon as it does, the company opens again, with all its data.)
- Your account, your Facturare (Billing) pages and the superadmin are never blocked.
A payment that failed while Stripe is still trying the card again counts as a plan; the companies stay open meanwhile. See When a payment fails.
- Press Alege un plan (Choose a plan) in the mail or on the notice, or open Facturare › Planuri (Billing › Plans).
- Pay the plan you want. See Choosing a plan and paying.
- Once the payment is confirmed, all your companies open at once, for everyone in them, with everything they had.
- The superadmin and exempt accounts: they never pay.
- Free accounts with no day set: they keep working for free. See Free and paying accounts.
