How returns are made

From the books, checked with ANAF’s own tools.

Declarații › Toate declarațiile (Returns › All returns) lists every return made: the return, the period, what ANAF’s validator said and when it was made. Each return has its own button at the top.

Validation and the PDF come from ANAF’s own program, never from a copy of it.

  • Press the return’s button, choose the Perioada (Period), fill in what the return asks, and the Numele persoanei care depune (Name of the person filing) (family name first) and Funcția (Function).
  • Press Fă decontul (Make the return).
  • The return opens with Valid, Erori (Errors) (with ANAF’s messages) or Neverificat (Not checked) (when the validator could not run).
  • Descarcă XML-ul (Download the XML), and, when valid, Descarcă PDF-ul pentru SPV (Download the PDF for SPV): the PDF ANAF’s program prints, which you file in SPV.
02 · Before the return

If the company lacks data the return needs (the bank and IBAN, the phone of the registered office, the income tax regime, a CAEN code or trade register number from ANAF), the page lists it under Înainte de decont (Before the return) and says where to set it.
