Stripe accounts

Several Stripe accounts per company, each with its own restricted key.

A company can connect as many Stripe accounts as it has. Each one is read with its own restricted, read-only key, every few hours, and its movements come into the company's books.

01 · Make the key in Stripe

In the Stripe Dashboard: Developers › API keys › Create restricted key, with Read on Balance, Balance transaction sources, Charges and Invoices. The app only reads; it never changes anything in Stripe.

02 · Connect it
  1. Firma › Stripe (Company › Stripe), section Conectează un cont Stripe (Connect a Stripe account).
  2. Nume (Name): any name that tells the accounts apart.
  3. Cheie restricționată (Restricted key): the key you made.
  4. Adu de la (Bring in from): the first day to bring in. Empty brings in everything Stripe has.
  5. Conectează (Connect). Stripe checks the key, and the account's movements start coming in.

The same Stripe account cannot be connected twice to one company. For another account, fill in the form again.

03 · Each connected account
  • Has its own section, with the time it was last brought in, or the reason it stopped.
  • Adu acum (Bring in now) does it straight away instead of waiting.
  • Scoate (Remove) disconnects it, after a confirmation. What was already booked stays in the books.

Who can do this: the administrators, and the accountants allowed to set the connections.
