Contabilitate › Documente de înregistrat (Bookkeeping › Documents to register) lists the invoices and receipts that came as PDF or photos (not through SPV) and are not in the books yet, with the number, date, company and total read from each.
01 · Register one
- Press Primită (Received) for a supplier invoice, or Emisă (Issued) for one the company issued.
- The form is filled in with what the document says. Check every field and type what could not be read.
- Press Înregistrează (Register). The invoice points at the document, and the document leaves this list.
When the list is empty it says Nimic în așteptare: toate facturile din Documente sunt în contabilitate. (Nothing waiting: every invoice in Documents is in the books.) See also What is read from an invoice.
