Instalare › Setări › Înregistrare (Installation › Settings › Registration) decides who may make an account on the installation. The settings list shows next to it deschisă oricui (open to everyone) or doar prin invitație (by invitation).
Tick Oricine își poate face un cont gratuit și își poate adăuga firmele (Anyone may make a free account and add their companies). The sign-in page then shows Nu ai cont? Creează unul (No account yet? Create one), and everyone who signs up on their own becomes an account admin who can add companies.
A new installation starts with this box unticked.
With the box unticked, new accounts come only from an invitation link sent by a company administrator, or from the superadmin under Conturi (Accounts). Anyone else who opens the sign-up page sees Conturi noi doar prin invitație (New accounts by invitation only).
The same page has a second box: Firmele al căror admin nu are cont Opensolr propriu folosesc contul Opensolr al instalării (Companies whose admin has no Opensolr account of their own use the installation's Opensolr account).
- Unticked (the start): a company gets its Opensolr Index only once one of its administrators connects an Opensolr account. Until then its accounting works the same, and its documents are kept but not read or searched. See Your Opensolr account.
- Ticked: when the installation has an Opensolr account, such a company gets its Opensolr Index in it instead, and the installation's plan pays for it.
Both boxes are saved together, with the code from your authenticator app.
