To talk to ANAF's SPV and e-Factura, the installation is registered once at ANAF as an application. Every company then connects through it with its own certificate, in Connect ANAF SPV and e-Factura.
01 · Register the application at ANAF
- Open Instalare › Setări › Aplicația ANAF (SPV, e-Factura) (Installation › Settings › ANAF application) and copy the Adresa de callback de înregistrat la ANAF (Callback address to register at ANAF). It is made from the public address, so set that first.
- On anaf.ro, go to Servicii online › Înregistrare aplicații, signed in with a qualified certificate.
- Register a new application for the e-Factura service, with the callback address you copied.
- ANAF gives the application a client ID and a client secret.
02 · Enter it in the app
- Back on the same page, fill in Client ID and Client secret.
- Enter the code from your authenticator app and press Salvează (Save). The settings list now shows Setat (Set) next to it.
The client secret is never shown again. To keep it when you change only the client ID, leave its field empty.
Changed the public address?
Register the new callback address at ANAF too, or the companies cannot connect.
