Instalare › Setări › Limite (Installation › Settings › Limits) sets how much each person, address and company may use of what costs: AI answers and searches by meaning, mails, storage. Only the superadmin sees it; every save asks for the code from the authenticator app.
- Per persoană, pe minut (Per person, per minute) and Per persoană, pe zi (Per person, per day).
- Per adresă (IP), pe minut (Per address (IP), per minute) and Per adresă (IP), pe zi (Per address (IP), per day).
Every question about the documents or the laws, every AI reading of a draft and every search by meaning counts. Over the limit, Ai întrebat AI-ul de prea multe ori. Încearcă din nou peste puțin timp. (You asked the AI too often. Try again in a little while.) is shown. A search by meaning stopped this way goes on with the words only.
- Per firmă, pe oră (Per company, per hour) and Per persoană, pe oră (Per person, per hour).
Over the limit, an invitation is not mailed and the page tells you to send the link yourself; ticket mails go out later.
- Stocare per firmă, în MB (Storage per company, in MB): how much the documents of one company may take together. 0 înseamnă fără limită. (0 means no quota.) When it is full, a new document is refused with Spațiul de stocare al firmei este plin (The storage of the company is full) and the size of the quota.
- Fișierele unei încărcări împreună, în MB (Files of one upload together, in MB): how much the files of one upload may have together. 0 means only the limit of each file.
All are whole numbers; only the storage and the upload may be 0.
