Open a ticket

A question about one thing, to the people who know.

A ticket is a question about one thing of the company: a discrepancy, an invoice, an invoice draft, a bank movement, a document or a return. It is addressed to people of the company, who get it by mail and answer in the app. Administrators and accountants open tickets; an employee answers the ones addressed to them.

01 · Where a ticket is opened
  • At the bottom of the page of an invoice, a bank movement, an invoice draft, a document or a return, the Tichete (Tickets) panel lists the tickets already opened on it and has the button Deschide un tichet (Open a ticket).
  • In Reconciliere (Reconciliation) and De explicat (Unexplained items), each item has its own Deschide un tichet (Open a ticket). See Reconciliation.
  • For many items at once, send the whole list: see Send the discrepancy report.
02 · The form
  • The top of the page names the thing. When it already has tickets not resolved yet, they are listed first, so a second one is not opened by mistake.
  • Către cine (To whom): the people of the company, each with their role. The ones responsabil pentru documente și explicații (responsible for documents and explanations) are already ticked. See Responsible people. When nobody else is in the company, Invită pe cineva (Invite someone) is offered.
  • Titlu (Title): filled in with the name of the thing; change it if you like.
  • Mesaj (Message): say what you need: the document, the explanation, who paid.
  • Atașează … la mesaj (Attach … to the message): the file behind the thing (the invoice’s document, the statement, the document itself), ticked by default.
  • Fișiere (Files): PDF files and photos, at most 10. They are kept with the company’s documents and read like them.
  • Press Deschide tichetul (Open the ticket).
03 · After
  • The ticket page opens. The people chosen get a mail with the message and a link to the ticket, when the installation has a mail server; either way they see it under Tichete (Tickets) and on their Home page.
  • A message cannot be changed or deleted after it is sent. See Messages nobody can change.
