Rates of a company

When one company has its own rate.

Firma › Cote de impozitare (Company › Tax rates) shows the rates this company’s documents use, each from its date, and where each comes from. When the law gives the company a rate of its own, an administrator or an accountant sets it here; it wins from its date over the installation’s.

01 · The table

Each rate with its value today, De la (From), Provine din (Comes from): firmă (company), instalare (installation) or implicită din lege (law default), and its Sursă (Source). See Tax rates of the installation.

02 · O valoare a firmei (A value of the company)
  • Cota (Rate): which one.
  • De la (From) and Cota, % (Rate, %), or Cota nu se mai aplică firmei de la această dată (The rate no longer applies to the company from this date).
  • Notă (Note): why the company has its own value: the decision or the article of the law.
  • Press Salvează (Save).
03 · Valorile firmei (Values of the company)

The list of the company’s own values, with who wrote each and when. Scoate (Remove) takes one away, after you confirm: from then on the installation’s value applies again.

The other fiscal facts of the company are under Fiscal settings.
