One statement in several formats

Compared movement by movement, counted once.

You can import the same month in every format the bank gives. The app recognises the same movement whatever file brought it, by the account, the booking day, the amount, the bank’s reference and the order of identical movements, so it is counted once.

01 · What you see per statement
Importat (Imported)

This statement brought movements: how many new, how many already there.

Aceleași mișcări ca extrasul importat (Same movements as the statement imported)

Another format of a statement already used; every movement agrees.

Diferă de extrasul importat (Differs from the statement imported)

Another format of it, with movements that do not agree. Each difference becomes a discrepancy.

Nu a fost nevoie: s-a folosit alt format al lui (Not needed: another format of it was used)

Not used, because a format of the same period was imported.

Respins (Refused)

It does not add up, or a part is missing; the reason is shown.

02 · Which format gives the details
  • When the same movement comes in several formats, the richest one gives the details and the partner: CSV first, then PDF, MT940, CAMT.053 and the transaction list last.
  • The transaction list dates movements when they were made, not when the bank booked them; when the statement arrives later, its movement takes the booking date.
  • A longer statement already in the books (a month) holds a shorter one (a day): the shorter one is only compared with it.
