The responsible people are the ones who get the discrepancy reports and answer them: the missing invoices, the payments nobody explained. They can have any role. Only the company’s administrator chooses them.
01 · Choose them
- Open Firma › Responsabili (Company › Responsible people), also reached from the company settings, at Responsabili pentru documente și explicații (Responsible for documents and explanations), which shows how many there are.
- Tick the members, each shown with their email and role, and press Salvează (Save).
02 · What it changes
- On a new ticket they are already ticked under Către cine (To whom). See Open a ticket.
- The discrepancy report goes to them. When there is nobody yet, the report says Încă nu e nimeni responsabil pentru documente și explicații în această firmă. (Nobody is responsible for documents and explanations in this company yet.) See Send the discrepancy report.
- Being responsible gives no other right: what each person may see and do still comes from their role. See Roles.
