Facturare › Date de facturare (Billing › Billing details) says who the invoices of your subscription are made out to. You fill it in once, before the first payment, and change it whenever you need.
- Facturat ca (Invoiced as): a company or a private person.
- Țara (Country): two letters, such as RO, DE or US.
- Cod fiscal (Fiscal code): for a Romanian company, the CUI; the name, the address, the locality and the county are then taken from ANAF. For a company in another EU country, its VAT number. For a Romanian private person, the CNP, which you can leave empty.
- Nume, Adresa, Localitate, Județ (Name, Address, Locality, County). For Bucharest, the county is Bucuresti and the locality is the sector.
- Email pentru facturi (Email for invoices): where the invoices are sent.
The plan prices are without VAT. The VAT added on top comes from your details:
- A company or a private person in Romania: Romanian VAT.
- A company in another EU country, with its VAT number: no VAT on the invoice (reverse charge).
- A private person in another EU country, or a company there without a VAT number: Romanian VAT.
- Anyone outside the EU: no Romanian VAT.
The plans page shows the VAT and the total for your details before you pay.
Every payment gets an invoice, issued by the company that runs the installation and already marked as paid. When the installation sends mail, a mail with the link to it goes to the email for invoices.
Facturare › Facturile mele (Billing › My invoices) lists them, with the date, the period paid and the total. Open one to see it whole; Tipărește (Print) prints it or saves it as a PDF.
The invoices are also sent to e-Factura. A Romanian private person who gave no CNP appears there the way ANAF asks for a person without one.
