Payroll figures

The figures the law sets, each from its date, used by every payroll of the installation.

The payroll uses the figures the law sets: the minimum wage, the untaxed part of it, the rates. They change on fixed dates, so the installation keeps them as rows, each from its date. The payroll of a month uses the row in force at the end of that month.

01 · Where they are

Instalare › Setări › Cifrele salariale (Installation › Settings › Payroll figures) shows the minimum wage in force and its date. Toate rândurile și unul nou (All the rows and a new one) opens the full list. A new installation comes with the rows from 01/01/2025 onwards already filled in.

02 · Adding the next row

Under Cifre noi (New figures) the form is filled in with the latest row, so you change only what changed:

  • De la (From): the day the new figures apply from.
  • Salariul minim (Minimum wage) and Partea netaxabilă din salariul minim (Untaxed part of the minimum wage).
  • Plafonul părții netaxabile (brut) (Ceiling of the untaxed part, gross) and Intervalul deducerii personale peste salariul minim (Personal deduction span above the minimum wage).
  • The rates: CAS %, CASS %, income tax % and CAM %.
  • Deducere pentru fiecare copil la școală (Deduction per child in school).

Enter the code from your authenticator app and press Salvează (Save). Saving a row with a date that already exists replaces that row.

The tax rates of the documents (VAT, profit, micro-enterprise, dividends) are kept apart. See Tax rates of the installation.
