Căutare › Căutare (Search › Search) finds any document of the company: invoices, receipts and statements, by any word, a supplier, a number or a fiscal code. The text of scans and photos is read with OCR, so they are found too.
- Type in the search box and press Căutare (Search).
- Tick și după sens (also by meaning) to find documents that say the same thing in other words. The result count then says cuvinte și sens (words and meaning).
- Each result shows the document name, then its date, total and currency, the company or its fiscal code, the number, and the date it was added, with a snippet of the text.
- Click a result to open the document.
Administrators and accountants search every document of the company; an employee finds only the documents they uploaded. Every result is checked again against what the person may open before it is shown.
The search, like the chat bot, runs on the company’s Opensolr Index. Until it is ready the page says that search starts as soon as the index is ready. A company with no Opensolr account to hold its index has no search in its documents; the rest of the app works the same.
