Choosing a plan and paying

The plan decides how many companies you can add.

On an installation with paid plans, an account admin chooses a plan before adding companies. The plan decides how many companies you can own. The pages are under Facturare (Billing) in the menu.

01 · Choose the plan
  1. Fill in your billing details once. They decide the VAT.
  2. Facturare › Planuri (Billing › Plans) shows each plan with its number of companies and its price per month or per year: Preț fără TVA (Price without VAT), TVA (VAT) and Total încasat (Total charged).
  3. Press Plătiți (Pay) on the row you want. Stripe's payment page opens; pay with your card there.
  4. You come back to Abonament (Subscription). It may say for a minute that the payment is being confirmed; then the plan is active and you can add companies.

Right after signing up, an account admin lands on the plans page by itself.

02 · The subscription page

Facturare › Abonament (Billing › Subscription) shows the plan and its period, the status, when the current period ends, and how many companies you own out of how many the plan allows.

When the plan is full, Adaugă o firmă (Add a company) sends you to the plans, to choose a bigger one.

03 · Change the plan

On Planuri (Plans), press Treceți la acest plan (Switch to this plan).

  • A bigger plan, or the other period (monthly or yearly): the difference for the rest of the current period is charged at once, and the new plan applies once it is paid.
  • A smaller plan: it applies at once and costs less from the next period.
  • A plan that allows fewer companies than you own is refused. Remove companies first, or keep a bigger plan.
04 · Card and cancellation

Card și anulare (Stripe) (Card and cancellation) on the subscription page opens Stripe's billing portal, where you change the card or cancel.

A cancelled subscription stays active until the end of the period already paid. After that, your companies become read-only: see When a payment fails.
