An Opensolr account is optional. The app is free and all the accounting works without one. Reading the documents and searching them run on Opensolr: when you connect your own Opensolr account, the Opensolr Index of each company you add is made in it, and the Opensolr plan is what you pay. It is the only paid part.
The app is free. The Opensolr account and its Opensolr Indexes are the only paid part.
Without an Opensolr account all the accounting works. Only reading the documents, searching them and asking about them are missing.
- Everything accounting works: the books, invoices, e-Factura, bank and reconciliation, declarations, payroll, stock, e-Transport and the reports.
- The documents are kept, but not read: no text, no OCR, nothing filled in from them.
- No search in the documents and no questions (chat) over them.
- No index of laws and fiscal news. That one needs the installation's Opensolr account.
While no account is connected, the same list is shown on Contul meu › Opensolr (My account › Opensolr), on Firma › Index Opensolr (Company › Opensolr index) and on Contul Opensolr al instalării (Opensolr account of the installation). When an account is connected later, the documents already kept are read and indexed then.
- If you have no Opensolr account yet, create one, with room in its plan for one Opensolr Index per company. See opensolr.com/pricing.
- In the app: Contul meu › Opensolr (My account › Opensolr), page Contul tău Opensolr (Your Opensolr account).
- Email Opensolr (Opensolr email) and Cheia API Opensolr (Opensolr API key), from your account on opensolr.com.
- Conectează (Connect). Opensolr checks the email and key before they are kept; the page then shows Conectat (Connected).
Every company where you are an administrator and that has no working Opensolr Index yet gets one now, and each company you add later gets one at once.
Deconectează (Disconnect) removes the email and key from the app, after a confirmation. The companies whose Opensolr Index is in that account stop being searched until it is connected again.
A company whose administrators have not connected an Opensolr account has no Opensolr Index, unless the superadmin lets such companies use the installation's Opensolr account. Its accounting works the same; its documents are kept and are read as soon as an account holds its index. See Open sign-up or invitations only.
