Accounts of the installation

Everyone with an account on the installation, and what the superadmin can change on each.

Instalare › Conturi (Installation › Accounts) lists everyone with an account on the installation, with their role, how many companies they belong to and their state. Only the superadmin sees it.

01 · The list
  • Rol (Role): Superadmin, Admin (an account admin, who adds companies) or Membru (Member).
  • Stare (Status): Activ (Active), 2FA încă nesetat (2FA not set yet) or Dezactivat (Disabled).

Căutare (Search) finds an account by email or name.

02 · Making an account
  1. Cont nou (New account): the Email and Nume complet (Full name) of the person.
  2. Leave Admin: adaugă firme și le dă contabili (Admin: adds companies and gives them accountants) ticked for someone who will add companies; untick it for anyone else.
  3. Enter the code from your authenticator app and press Creează contul (Make the account).
  4. The Parolă unică (One-time password) and the Pagina de intrare (Sign-in page) are shown once. They also go to the person by mail when the installation has a mail server.

At the first sign-in the person sets their own password, then their two-step verification. Until the password is changed, no other page opens.

03 · Changing an account

Open an account from the list. Next to the companies it belongs to and its role in each:

  • Admin: adaugă firme și le dă contabili: may add companies.
  • Poate schimba setările instalării (adresa, Opensolr, mail, ANAF, REGES, cifrele salariale): may change the installation settings, not the accounts.
  • Activ (poate intra) (Active, may sign in): untick to disable the account.
  • Resetează autentificarea în doi pași (aplicație nouă la următoarea intrare) (Reset two-factor authentication): for someone who lost their phone and their recovery codes. They set up a new authenticator at the next sign-in.

Save with the code from your authenticator app. Your own account cannot be disabled or reset from here.
