Contabilitate › Planul de conturi (Bookkeeping › Chart of accounts) holds the general chart of accounts (OMFP 1802/2014) and the analytic accounts of the company. Caută (Find) looks up an account by its code or by a word of its name.
01 · Add an analytic account
- Sub contul (Under the account): the account it belongs to.
- Sufix (Suffix): letters or digits; 01 under 4111 gives 4111.01.
- Nume (Name), then Adaugă (Add).
Entries go only on accounts without accounts under them: once 4111 has 4111.01, post to 4111.01. Some analytic accounts are made by the app itself, such as one for each bank account.
