With REGES-ONLINE connected, the company's employees and their contracts go to the register of Inspecția Muncii from Salarii › Angajați (Payroll › Employees). The connection is the employer's API key, made in the employer application of REGES-ONLINE.
01 · Before you start
- The superadmin has set the installation's REGES-ONLINE client secret. Until then the page says it is missing.
- In the employer application of REGES-ONLINE, under Setări › Acces › Chei API, you made an API key: a user and a password.
- You are an administrator of the company, or an accountant allowed to set the connections.
02 · Connecting
- Firma › REGES-ONLINE (Company › REGES-ONLINE).
- Utilizator API (API user) and Parolă API (API password).
- Salvează și verifică (Save and check). The key is tried at once: REGES-ONLINE a răspuns: cheia funcționează. (REGES-ONLINE answered: the key works.)
03 · Afterwards
- Stare (Status) shows Conectat (Connected) with the date of the last check, or the reason the key was refused.
- Verifică din nou (Check again) tries the saved key.
- To change the user, write it and leave the password empty to keep the saved one.
- Scoate (Remove) deletes the company's key from the app, after a confirmation.
