Livrări și achiziții pe teritoriul național (D394) (Domestic supplies and acquisitions (D394)) is the informative statement of operations on Romanian territory, from the invoice registers, for the same period as the VAT return.
01 · What it asks
- Au fost operațiuni cu persoane afiliate în perioadă (There were operations with affiliated persons in the period).
- Partenerii pot vedea aceste operațiuni în aplicațiile ANAF (The partners may see these operations in ANAF’s applications) (ticked by default).
02 · Good to know
- It needs the phone of the registered office, under Company › Fiscal settings.
- Issued invoice numbers must end in a number; the ones that do not are named.
- The result lists each operation with its partner, VAT rate, number of invoices, base and VAT, and the ranges of issued invoice numbers.
