With SPV connected, the company's e-Factura invoices come into its Documente (Documents) by themselves, every few hours, where they are read and indexed like any other file.
The ANAF application is registered once per installation; every company then connects with its own certificate.
01 · Before you start
- The superadmin has registered the installation at ANAF and entered its client ID and secret. See The ANAF application. Until then the page says the installation has no ANAF application yet.
- The person who connects has the qualified certificate of someone with SPV rights for the company, on the computer they connect from.
- They are an administrator of the company, or an accountant allowed to set the connections.
02 · Connecting
- Open the company, then Firma › ANAF (SPV) (Company › ANAF (SPV)).
- Conectează SPV cu certificatul (Connect SPV with the certificate). ANAF's sign-in page opens and asks for the certificate.
- After ANAF accepts it, you are brought back to the app: SPV e conectat; mesajele e-Factura se aduc acum. (SPV is connected; the e-Factura messages are being brought in.)
Open the app at its public address when you connect: ANAF sends you back to that address.
03 · Once connected
- The page shows the Stare (Status), who connected it and when, Valabil până la (Valid until) and Ultima aducere (Last brought in), and the latest e-Factura messages brought in.
- Every six hours the messages of the last 60 days are checked, and each new one is downloaded once into the company's documents.
- Adu acum (Bring in now) does it straight away.
- When ANAF stops accepting the connection, or it is close to its end date, Conectează din nou (Connect again) with the certificate.
- Deconectează (Disconnect) ends it for this company. The invoices already brought in stay.
