Contabilitate › Banca (Bookkeeping › Bank) lists the movements from the bank’s statements: date, details, account, Intrări (In) or Ieșiri (Out), and De contat (To post) or Înregistrată (Posted). Each one is posted to the invoice it pays or to an account.
01 · Find movements
- Choose the Luna (Month) and in Arată (Show) pick De contat (To post), Înregistrată (Posted) or Toate (All).
- Click the details of a movement to open it. See Post a movement.
02 · Post the sure matches
Contează potrivirile sigure (Post the sure matches) posts, in one go, only what is certain:
- a movement with exactly one unpaid invoice whose total matches and whose number is written in the details;
- a currency exchange between two of the company’s own accounts;
- the bank’s own fees and transfers between own accounts, recognised from the bank’s wording.
The message says how many went to invoices, currency exchanges and fees or own transfers. Everything else waits for a person; anything that could not be posted is to be opened one by one.
