Firma › Datele firmei (Company › Company data) shows what ANAF says about the company, and the date it was last checked. Every member of the company can see it.
01 · What is on it
- Cod fiscal (Fiscal code), with RO in front for a VAT payer.
- Nr. Registrul Comerțului (Trade register number) and Cod CAEN (CAEN code).
- Sediu social (Registered office) and Organ fiscal competent (Tax office).
- Plătitor de TVA (VAT payer), TVA la încasare (VAT on collection) and Înscris în RO e-Factura (Registered for RO e-Factura).
- Stare la ANAF (Status at ANAF): active, or Contribuabil inactiv (Inactive taxpayer).
02 · Bringing it up to date
When something changes at ANAF, a new address or a VAT registration for example, an administrator of the company presses Actualizează de la ANAF (Refresh from ANAF). The data is read again and replaces the old one.
