Register a draft

One click: the invoice, its entry and its payment.

When a draft is right, one button books it: the invoice goes in the register with its accounting entry, the document is attached to it, and the bank movement that paid it is posted as its payment.

01 · Register it
  • At the end of Înregistrare (Registration) press Înregistrează (Register).
  • When the draft is linked to an open bank movement, the button is Înregistrează plata și nota ei (Register and post the payment): the invoice is registered and the movement is posted as its payment, in the same click (see Draft and bank movement).
  • The invoice is registered with the same rules as the invoice form (see Register an invoice): the VAT regime, the rate in force on the invoice date and, for a foreign currency, the BNR rate.
02 · Then
  • The message says Factura … e înregistrată. (Invoice … is registered.) and Mișcarea bancară este înregistrată ca plata ei. (The bank movement is posted as its payment.) when a payment was posted.
  • The next draft to check opens by itself: Urmează: … (Next: …) with the name of its supplier. When none is left: Toate ciornele sunt verificate. (All the drafts are checked.) and the list opens.
  • The registered draft says Înregistrată ca (Registered as) with a link to the invoice. It cannot be registered a second time.
03 · When it is refused
  • The reason is shown on the draft, where the values are corrected, for example Această factură a acestui partener este deja înregistrată. (This invoice of this partner is already registered.) Correct it and press the button again.
  • When the invoice is registered but the payment cannot be posted, the message says why and the bank movement opens, to post it from there (see Post a movement).
