01 · How the answer is made
- The app searches the company’s documents for the ones that best match the question, by words and by meaning.
- Only documents the person asking may open are used: an employee’s question is answered from their own uploads.
- Their text is the only source of the answer, written by Opensolr in the language of the interface (Romanian or English).
- When nothing matches, the answer is Niciun document al firmei nu răspunde la această întrebare. (No document of the company answers this question.)
02 · When it appears
The question box is shown once the company’s Opensolr Index is ready. The answer comes from Opensolr, so it uses the Opensolr account the documents are indexed on. Without an Opensolr account the company has no index, and there is no question box. See Your Opensolr account.
