Fișierul SAF-T (D406) (SAF-T file (D406)) is made monthly or quarterly, with the VAT period. It holds the chart of accounts with its balances, the partners, the VAT codes, every journal entry, the sales and purchase invoices and the payments of the period, all in lei, from the ledger and the registers.
