Contabilitate › Note contabile (Bookkeeping › Journal entries) is the journal of one month, numbered per year: number, date, explanation, accounts and amount. Choose the Luna (Month) and press Arată (Show).
01 · One entry
- Click an entry to see its lines (account, debit, credit, line explanation), its document, who posted it and when.
- An entry is never edited. To correct it, press Stornează (Reverse (storno)), choose the Data stornării (Reversal date) and confirm, then post the right entry.
- The entry shows Stornată de (Reversed by), and the reversal shows Stornează (Reverses). A reversal is not reversed again.
02 · Reversing a payment
Reversing the entry of a collection or a payment makes its invoices unpaid again (with their VAT on collection transfer reversed too) and opens the bank movement again, to be posted anew.
