Roles: who can do what

Three roles per company, and exactly what each one opens.

Inside a company each member has one of three roles: Administrator, Contabil (Accountant) or Angajat (Employee). One person can belong to several companies, with a different role in each, like an accountant with many clients.

01 · Who can do what
Administrator

Everything in the company: uploads, sees, searches and deletes any unbooked document; the bookkeeping, reconciliation and returns; the company settings and fiscal settings; the connections and keys; the members and invitations; Actualizează de la ANAF (Refresh from ANAF).

Contabil Accountant

The same as the administrator for the documents, the bookkeeping, reconciliation and returns, and the company and fiscal settings. The connections and keys only if allowed. Not the members and invitations.

Angajat Employee

Uploads documents, and sees, searches and deletes only the unbooked documents they uploaded. No bookkeeping, no settings, no connections, no people.

A document an accounting entry is built on can no longer be deleted by anyone. Only if allowed means the administrator gave that accountant the right; see Letting an accountant set the connections.

02 · Roles of the installation

Above the companies there are two more: the superadmin, who runs the installation, and the account admins, who add companies.
