Register an invoice

The entry is made from the VAT regime, in lei.

Registering an invoice puts it in the register and makes its accounting entry at once, from the VAT regime you choose, in lei at the BNR rate of the invoice date.

01 · Partner
  • Pick a known partner, or keep Partener nou (New partner).
  • For a new partner write the Țara (Country) in two letters (RO, DE, US) and the Cod fiscal sau cod de TVA (Fiscal code or VAT number). A Romanian partner’s name and data come from ANAF; a foreign one needs its name in Numele unui partener din străinătate (Name of a foreign partner).
02 · Invoice
  • Număr (Number) and Data (Date).
  • Regim TVA (VAT regime): for a received invoice, Romanian supplier with VAT on the invoice, services from the EU or from outside the EU (reverse charge), goods from the EU, or without VAT; for an issued one, taxable in Romania, services to an EU business (reverse charge), place of supply outside Romania, or without VAT.
  • Moneda (Currency) and Suma fără TVA (Amount without VAT).
  • Cota TVA (VAT rate) and, only when the invoice rounds differently, TVA pe factură (VAT on the invoice) (empty: computed from the rate). Several rates on one invoice: see Several VAT rates.
  • The account: Contul de venit (Revenue account) for an issued invoice, Contul de cheltuială sau de imobilizare (Expense or asset account) for a received one.
  • Document: the scanned or PDF invoice from Documents, so the entry points at it.

Press Înregistrează (Register). The invoice page opens with its entry.
