Contabilitate › Notă nouă (Bookkeeping › New entry) posts an entry by hand, for what no screen of the app makes by itself.
01 · Fill it in
- Data (Date) and Explicație (Explanation).
- Document: optional. A document with an entry on it can no longer be deleted.
- Each line: Cont (Account), Debit or Credit, Explicația rândului (Line explanation). Adaugă un rând (Add a line) for more.
- Press Înregistrează nota (Post the entry).
02 · The rules
- Debit equals credit.
- Each line goes on an account without accounts under it, on the debit or on the credit, not both.
- Negative amounts appear only in a reversal.
- Off-balance accounts (classes 8 and 9) go in entries of their own.
- A date in a closed month is refused.
