An account admin with several companies gives them accountants from one place, Firme și contabili (Companies and accountants), instead of inviting company by company. An accountant has full access to the books of their companies, but not to their keys, connections or people.
01 · Adding an accountant
- Adaugă un contabil (Add an accountant): the accountant's Email.
- Under Firme (Companies), tick the companies they will work on.
- Adaugă (Add).
- The accountant gets one invitation per company, whether they already have an account here or not. They join a company only once they accept its invitation, signed in with that email.
- The links are shown under Linkuri de invitație (Invitation links), and mailed when the installation has a mail server; each works once, for 7 days.
- With an account: open the link, sign in and press Acceptă invitația (Accept the invitation). Without one: sign up from the link.
02 · Choosing their companies
Contabili (Accountants) shows each accountant of your companies with a box per company. Tick or untick, then Salvează (Save). Unticking takes the accountant out of that company at once; a company newly ticked goes to them as an invitation they accept. Below, Invitat, încă neintrat (Invited, not joined yet) lists the invitations still open.
